What makes you proud about living in Frinton and Walton?

What would you like to see in a museum celebrating Frinton and Walton?

Together with the Frinton & Walton Heritage Trust, we are carrying out research into what memories, artefacts, stories, and events the local community would like to see in a new museum.

There are four events to attend. Two in Walton and two in Frinton. Come along, participate, creatively interact with existing museum artefacts, and enjoy yourselves! Complimentary snacks and drink included.

What to Expect

In the first events you will be able to interact and comment on a sample of social history artefacts from the museum archive. We would like to hear your stories (and feelings) about Frinton and Walton. Tell us what makes you proud about the places you live in.

Join us on Friday 12th July at St Marys Church Hall, Frinton 1:30–3.30pm

Join us on Friday 12th July at Columbine Hall, Walton 4:30 – 6:30pm

We then have two follow-up events. This is an opportunity to bring along any objects or photos that help you to expand on your stories and help shape the new museum.

Join us on Friday 19th July at St Marys Church Hall, Frinton 1:30–3.30pm
